At Elanzza Jewellery, every piece is carefully crafted and checked before dispatch. We currently offer returns and refunds only under specific conditions as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Wrong size/design ordered by the customer.

  • Products showing signs of wear and tear after delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery at [insert official support email].

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video (360° view) taken at the time of opening the package to verify the damage or defect.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return request with valid proof, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If approved, a replacement will be shipped only in cases of a defective or damaged product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
